George Lois – America's Master Communicator
George Lois is a Greek-American art director, designer, and author. Lois is best known for over 92 covers he designed for Esquire magazine and his exhibition at The Museum of Modern Art.
Lois is a critical mass of cultural and political forces, an aficionado of art and an activist in left-wing causes. The son of Greek immigrants, he has enduring sympathy for the working and poor classes and has used his skill at propaganda in the service of promoting social causes and political candidates.
